osTicket Red theme 1.6 RC4
Mar 8, 2009 Linux, Lost+Found, osticket, Software, Windows
Hello there
Based on my old post (http://xux.in/blog/post/osticket-theme-1-6-rc4/), I decided to do more templates for osTicket 1.6 RC4 and RC5, because (and accidentally), the main theme code I did, allows you to integrate new templates in just a few minutes. So I downloaded some free css templates (like 12) and started to play with them and I’ll release 1 post for each template. The first part of the post will contain only the theme’s screenshots and once I fix some the code and test it enough I’ll update the post with the full template translated in english and spanish.
Here is how it looks! ![]()
Download osTicket Red Theme (1735) (Compatible with 1.6 RC5)
* Note: This template is ONLY for the client side, not for the staff/admin area.

@TLj: uncompress them in your OsTicket root directory, then you should see a new directory called client-hred , go there and read the README

Hi, just added this theme and when I start a new ticket, I get a blank screen after the button is pressed to submit the new ticket.
Page seems to stay on open.php and not directed to thankyou.php and the screen is blank. Any ideas why??

I am having the same problem as Gareth.
After submitting a new ticket it just sits on open.php
June 10th, 2010 at 2:38 pm
hmmmmm
I think it was because I had not completed the CAPTCHA section of the installation.
Now I have a captcha, BUT when I enter the characters from the captcha it just says bad captcha even though enter it correctly. Strange.
Any help?

@Mike: something must be wrong with your installation, I have to admit the install process could be a little tricky but it’s not that hard or is it?
@Como Enamorar A Una Chica: Bienvenido gracias!

I get the following error whenever I try to open a ticket:
‘Kwaheri rafiki wangu?’
I have no clue what to do now

@Grv: that is an osTicket error which indicates something went wrong in your installation. Could you verify a clean osTicket installation works before applying the theme?

Hi … Many thanks for you OS ticket Red Theme. Really cool. I have followed all your instructions and have managed to load the theme ok as you can see here: http://www.techernity.co.uk/helpdesk
However everytime I go to create a new ticket I get the following error: “Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!”. I can’t see what errors it is talking about as they don’t appear to show up. Please help!
